These Terms of Service govern your use of Reos, provided by PBDM LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their refund policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
Intellectual property
Reos, its software and branding are owned by PBDM LLC. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBDM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
